2012

The Seed

Founded in 2012, Zen Flow Studio began as a small gathering of like-minded individuals seeking refuge from the chaos of daily life. Our founder, Elena Hartwell, envisioned a sanctuary where the ancient wisdom of yoga could be shared in an accessible, modern way. Starting with just five students in a rented community room, we have grown into a thriving haven for over 2,000 members, yet we have never lost the intimate, supportive atmosphere that defined our beginnings.
